Centennial Homes Quote and Follow-Up Alerts is an SMS and MMS program for people who request pricing or contact about manufactured or modular homes from Centennial Homes. After you submit a Request a Price Quote form on centennialhomes.com and provide a mobile number, we may send texts about your quote, callbacks, appointments, salesperson handoff, and related home-purchase questions (product, price range, location, timeframe, and next steps).
By submitting that form you agree to receive information by phone, text, and email, as stated on the form above the Submit button.
We text the mobile number you entered on the form. We do not sell your number. This program is not a condition of buying a home.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a small number of messages while their quote is active (often a few messages around the first contact, then messages only when there is a callback, appointment, or question to answer). You will not be placed on a daily blast list.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s plan controls those charges. Centennial Homes does not charge a separate fee to join or leave this program.
Reply STOP to cancel. After we process STOP, you will receive one confirmation text and we will stop marketing and follow-up texts to that number. You can also ask a Centennial Homes representative to remove you.

Support hours follow normal retail location hours. After-hours texts are logged and handled on the next business day.
