Only THREE simple ingredients!
Directions: Mix all the ingredients FIRST, then pour it into the ice cream maker. Mix for 20 to 30 minutes until it reaches frozen perfection, pour in a big glass, insert straw and drink!
• 1 cup fat-free milk
• 2 tablespoons low calorie (sugar-free) chocolate instant pudding
• 2 tablespoons Cool Whip Free
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 ice cubes
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct)
60 pepperoni slices (2 per biscuit)
Block of cheese (Colby/Monterey Jack or Chedder)
1 beaten egg
1 jar pizza sauce
Slice cheese into approx. 28 squares. Flatten each biscuit and stack pepperoni and cheese on top (Like in the picture) Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of the roll. Line rolls in greased 9×13 pan Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 18 to 20 mins. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping. ENJOY!!
Remember gazing at those toy machines outside stores when you were a kid? They often contained Silly Putty in colorful plastic eggs, and you could buy it for about a quarter. It is hard to find those toy machines these days, so if you want to share the joy of silly putty with your kids, save a trip to the store (and some money) and learn how to create Silly Putty at home. Making homemade Silly Putty is a great activity to do with kids who are old enough to follow the direction “Don’t eat this!”
Gather These Items First:
- 1/4 cup warm water
- Mixing bowl or large cup/mug
- 1/2 teaspoon of Borax
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 ounces of white glue (i.e. Elmer’s school glue)
- Liquid food coloring (optional)
- Gallon-sized resealable zipper storage bag (a sturdy bag such as a Ziploc freezer bag will work best)
- Airtight storage container
- Line your mixing bowl or cup/mug with an open, gallon-sized Ziploc bag (this will help contain the mess).
- In the Ziploc bag that’s lining the mixing bowl or cup/mug, dissolve a 1/2 teaspoon of Borax in a 1/4 cup of warm (not boiling!) water. Once the Borax has dissolved, add in a 1/4 cup of cornstarch, 4 ounces of white glue, and several drops of liquid food coloring (optional) to the mixture.Using a spoon, mix the ingredients for five minutes, or until the mixture no longer has a lumpy and stringy consistency.
- Seal the Ziploc bag and then let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Knead the bag for at least 25 minutes until it has a putty consistency.
- It’s time to play! Try pressing the Silly Putty against newsprint to imprint the text in the Silly Putty. It’s also fun to imprint different objects such as paper clips and coins.
- When not in use, store it in an airtight container. If you really want to give your kids a nostalgic experience, store the Silly Putty in colorful plastic Easter eggs (although they may not be as airtight as a Tupperware container).
Things to Keep in Mind:
- This homemade silly putty is not edible.
- Consider making Silly Putty an outside activity so it doesn’t end up stuck to furniture or carpet. If the kids do get Silly Putty stuck in the carpet, a little WD-40 will help get it out.

- When the kids get sick of playing with the Silly Putty or it starts to dry out a little, fill an inflated balloon with the Silly Putty and then securely tie the balloon. Voila! You’ve got a homemade stress ball!
Are you like me and don’t have the time in the morning to preheat the oven and then bake for 10 minutes? Well here’s the solution: Bake the pre-made cinnamon rolls in a waffle iron, it will take at least half the time as baking them in the oven!
Directions: place 2-3 cinnamon rolls in waffle iron for about 2 minutes or until slightly browned, frost and repeat until all cinnamon rolls are cooked! That’s it. My kids and husband prefer to have them cooked like this, plus they are way less mess!
This would be such a fun idea for a child’s birthday party! I bet they would even love to help make them! These chocolate bowls can be filled with ice cream pudding or anything else you can think of! - water balloons (no water needed)
- semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate or confectionery coating
- cookie sheet
- wax paper
- Blow up water balloons and tie.
- Melt Chocolate in a small deep bowl ( wide enough for the balloon to fit in, and deep enough to make the chocolate bowl high enough)
- Spoon out some chocolate on the wax paper for the base of the bowl.
- Dip the balloon in the chocolate and place on chocolate base.
- After all bowls are made, let them completely harden then pop the balloon with the pin.
- Then fill with your favorite dessert!
